Our plans have no long-term commitment. You can cancel at any time and the system will remain accessible until the end of the paid period. The Core and Business plans are available on a monthly or annual subscription, while the Pro and Enterprise plans are available only on an annual basis.

Your subscription can be easily paid by credit card or bank transfer.

Onboarding support is included with every plan. It can also be supplemented with fixed-fee support services provided by our team of consultant trainers.

You can deploy the Goaland solution entirely on your own. However, if your needs extend beyond product management and the Marketing Factory, or if you prefer not to use internal resources for implementation, our specialized partners are available to support you and maximize the potential of our solution.

No, no credit card is required to start a free trial. You will only be charged if you decide to become a customer. The choice is completely yours with full transparency.

You can upgrade your plan at any time by adding more users, modules, or moving to a higher tier.

Disk space is shared among all users in your environment (for example, if you have 5 accounts at 10 GB each, you have a total of 50 GB available). With the Core or Business plans, you can upgrade to a plan that offers more disk space. With the Pro plan, you can also extend your disk space (100 € per month for an additional 100 GB up to a total of 1 TB).

Goaland transparently relies on the best solutions on the market to offer advanced features at the best price. To use AI interaction or automatic translation, simply enter your API keys (ChatGPT, Google Translate, DeepL, etc.) directly in our platform. There are no additional fees from Goaland for using these services.

Our Print module is based on Adobe InDesign Server technology, allowing any user without specialized layout skills to create and customize all types of documents (leaflets, flyers, product sheets, POS materials, catalogs…). The Print option includes the use of our shared Adobe InDesign Servers in our SaaS offering. A dedicated license is only required for the Enterprise plan where we set up a dedicated infrastructure for each client.
